11 CDPOs issued show-cause notices for being absent from duty in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district | Bhopal News


Bhopal: Eleven Child Development Project Officers (CDPOs) in Madhya Pradesh. Sagar District Show cause notice has been issued for being absent from duty.
The Women and Child Development Department in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district is facing a dire situation as several officials including CDPOs, supervisors and other field staff are absent from their duties without necessary permission since March 15.
The situation has resulted in a significant impact on government plans, provoking the displeasure of the Chief Minister, who expressed concern during a videoconferencing held on 28 March.
To resolve the matter, Collector Deepak Arya has issued show cause notices to 11 CDPOs and directed them to return to work immediately.
Supervisors, assistants and personnel have also been instructed to return to work.
According to sources, Sadhna Tiwari from Banda, Shashikant Nayak from Rahatgarh, Sonam Namdev from Sagar Urban No. 1, Hiva Khan from Deori, Vijay Kumar Jain from Sagar Rural No. 1, Vijay Singh Kori from Khurai, Rama Khatik from Shahgarh, Sheetal Pateria from Gadhakota. , Arun Kumar Singh from Jaisinagar, Child Development Project Officer in-charge Bina Rural Sapna Yadav and Uma Rai from Bina Naveen have been absent without written permission.
The collector has stressed that the nutrition of mothers and children is the top priority of the health department.
He has warned and ordered everyone that while ensuring the presence of subordinate supervisors, Anganwadi workers and assistants, the Chief Minister should immediately run Anganwadi centers and other departmental works including Ladli Bahna Yojana.
