Korean cuisine at Conrad Bengaluru

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and India, Conrad Bengaluru has prepared a menu curated by Conrad Seoul’s renowned chefs – Chef Lee and Chef Kim in collaboration with Conrad Bengaluru’s Chef Indra. The menu includes dishes such as dae muchim (shrimp salad with pine nut sauce), ganjang lobsterjung (soy-marinated lobster), chamchi-hwae dubbap (mixed rice with tuna sashimi) and more. Korea’s national drink, soju, is a traditionally prepared drink made partly from rice and partly from vodka, available in flavors such as strawberry, blueberry and classic.
