New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday rejected the bail plea of the accused Former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia In matter of excise policy filed by central bureau of investigation (CBI).
Special Judge MK Nagpal dismissed Sisodia’s plea.
On March 24, the Delhi court had reserved its order.
The CBI had arrested Sisodia on February 26 in connection with alleged corruption in the formulation and implementation of the now-cancelled Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
