Adding another feather to its cap, Tresind Studio has made it to the list of ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ sponsored by Pellegrino. last month, The restaurant was awarded a second Michelin star at the Dubai Michelin Guide ceremony.
The 20-cover restaurant, headed by chef Himanshu Saini, serves a 16-course menu divided into North, South, East and West, comprising four courses from each region. Ranked 11th in the list of the world’s 50 best restaurants, Tresind Studio has become the highest rated Indian restaurant in the world.

Chef Himanshu aims to redefine the approach to Indian cuisine through an ever-evolving tasting menu at this restaurant that does not serve rice or bread. He is also the Corporate Chef at Passion F&B, which runs Carnival, Amara, Avatara and Tresind Studios in Dubai.

The philosophy of the dining room at Tresind Studio is based on the phrase “Atithi Devo Bhava”, which translates to ‘Guest is God’. The restaurant has also been named the 2nd Best Restaurant 2023 in the Middle East and Africa.
